Just recently I have been having those monday mornings feelings. You know the one I mean, you wake up to the sound of the alarm and think no way is it time to get up your alarm has gone wrong.

You have slept all night but feel as if you haven’t slept at all. The trouble is when you look at the time you realise yes it is time to get up. But worse of all its not even a monday! So yes I had a firm talk to myself and decided that that detox I had been saying I would do next week couldn’t wait any longer, next week had arrived NOW!
